How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. However, sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

The speaker sounds pretty good for what it is. Good Bluetooth connection and it has arrived very fast. Recommended!
Flimsy, but works. The first time the speaker collapsed the connector for charging, ordered again the child.

Fast shipment was not expected much cargo. I got it 35 days later. I paid 14.5tl tax. All functions are working. I hardly know about the water thing. Satisfactory to the price of Bluetooth connection and microphone. Long press on the jump keys, the song shuts down. When the device turns on, the blue light flashes, and it stays constant. A little charging cable comes out, makes the vacuum nice. The package was a little lame, but I recommend the device.
The color is exactly as bright as the photos. Easily attached to the wall. Came with recharging. Easily connects to the phone. Sometimes tupit and not the first time turns on.
It arrived in 30 days in Colombia, good quality and good sound. Happy with the product. Recommended
The product is like in the photo but I expected better quality, it's a plastic and silicone not very good quality but for the price it has, it's not bad. It smells enough to open it to plastic, although sound quality is not very good, it's not terrible either, and it does its job. I arrive with a few minor scratches on the front. The quality is Ok but it is so dirty...
The speaker for the price you have is very good, although I do not risk letting you contact the water since the rubber tab that closes the loading point is very unstable and I think it could leak. The package took longer than expected and a little wrinkled, however the interior was fine. As for the sound, I must say it is powerful and the quick connection. That is why it is an economic speaker I recommend.

Delivery is almost 1,5 months to moscow, very long. The column itself is not bad enough, for its money and downright. The sound is good, the response is fast without delay. The only negative-it does not stick well and slides under its own weight. The rest is without censure.
