Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

The delivery was very fast to italy. The speaker is good. Connects easily to iPhone. Didn’t check the water resistance yet. Sounds are pretty good with high volume. Don’t know about the battery durability yet.
For the Price not bad. Of the Sound Quality acceptable.
Works perfectly. Sound is quite sharp but it's fine for getting some music in noisy circumstances, like a shower. Arrived quickly and was well packaged.

I've had a similar little speaker to this before, so thought I knew what I was getting... But this exceeded my expectations. Not only is it more rugged, but the sound is a better. It's actually got a decent amount of bass, as well as being loud and still clear at high volume. The controls work well, including the volume. I'd definitely recommend it.
